About the Connector

The MP-Opera-Connector seamlessly integrates the Mobipaid payment technology and gateway with Oracle's industry leading Opera hospitality solution. Some of the key features include:
  1. Fully automated deposit collection. From the time of creating the reservation to the guest's arrival, any number of deposit payments can be fully automated. The Connector manages the scheduling and send's guests a payment link when a deposit is due to payment. Successful payments are posted to Opera to settle the deposit.
  2. The Connector does not introduce a new user interface. Hotel staff work on the Opera user interface they are used to, making adoption simple and painless.
  3. Guests can conveniently check-in online prior to arrival, eliminating administrative workloads on arrival. Guests have more time to settle into the property, and hotel staff can better attend to guests to make their arrival welcoming, and ensuring a unique guest experience.
  4. Payment cards can be pre-authorized with the value of one or more room nights, providing a convenient security for extras that are charged to the reservation folio during the guest's stay.
  5. Upon departure, guests can review their outstanding balances online, conveniently make payment and check-out. Departure administration is completely eliminated.

Requirements

In order to deploy the Connector at your hotel property, the following must be available:
  1. Oracle Opera Cloud with Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform enabled
  2. Mobipaid Merchant account with your preferred payment methods enabled
