You can access your active subscription from the Cockpit via the My Subscription card.
By default, any new subscription is set to auto renew. This means your details are stored with our payment gateway provider. You will be notified by email before the renewal takes place as well as after the renewal is successfully executed. Auto renew is our recommended setting as it offers peace of mind and continued access to My Flights.
Manage your subscription
On your Manage Subscription tab you can activate or deactivate the auto renew feature. If you deactivate auto renew your details remain stored with your payment gateway provider but My Flights will not automatically renew your subscription. If you do not manually renew your plan, your subscription will expire and your access privileges will be set to default.
You also have the option to delete your details from the payment gateway provider's system. However if you chose to do so, your details will be deleted from the third party provider's system and the auto renew feature will be switched off. Auto renew cannot be re-activated once your details are deleted.
For your peace of mind My Flights only partners with the most reputable third party system providers and your payment details are not stored on any of My Flights' own servers and databases.
Subscription renewals
If you renew your current subscription more then 30 days prior to expiry, My Flights will credit you for the unused period. The credit will be automatically applied to your renewal price.
When you renew an active subscription less then 30 days before expiry, the unused period will be added to the validity of your new subscription. In this case there are two scenarios:
- If you down-grade your plan, the full unused period will be added to the validity of your new subscription.
- If you upgrade your plan, the unused period will be converted into days of your new plan based on the difference in the plans pricing.
