Registration on My-Flights.App is free and will activate a no-obligation 30 days trial subscription, during which you can use and test all features of the application.
To register navigate to the Register tab in the main menu.
Auth 0 registration
It is recommended to register with Auth0. Auth0 allows you to securely authenticate with My-Flights.App using your Google or Auth0 account.
Registration with Auth0 also enables single sign on to the Support Portal. If you are logged in to My-Flights.App you will be automatically logged in to the Support Portal to raise a ticket or see the progress on a ticket you have logged. If you are not logged in to My-Flights.App when accessing the Support Portal you can login with your My-Flights.App credentials.
To register with Auth0 click on the Auth0 logo on the registration page and confirm your connection to Auth0. You can sign up with your existing Google account or an Auth0 account. If you don't have one, select the Sign Up tab on the login window to sign up with your email and a password of your choice. After your Auth0 account is connected you will be returned to My-Flights.App to complete your registration by choosing a username for your profile.
If you have registered locally, you can connect your existing User Profile to an Auth0 account. Navigate to Profile > User Profile and select the Account Connections tab. Click on the Auth0 logo and sign up with your existing Google account or an Auth0 account. If you don't have one, select the Sign Up tab on the login window to sign up with your email and a password of your choice. You can then login with Auth0 and have single sign on enabled on the Support Portal.
Local registration
Should you prefer to register on the My-Flights.app database, click on the drop down button on the Registration page to open the form. Complete the form with your registration details and click on Register. This will complete your registration.
Note that sign in with Google and single sign on to the Support Portal will not be available with this option.
Email addresses are unique for both registration options. An email address can only be associated with one User Profile. If you maintain more than one User Profile, e.g. for your Pilot and Operator roles, you need to register with separate email addresses.
