QR Codes
We will bulk generate unique QR codes for each table of the locations where you wish to deploy the Add-on within your enterprise.
You can request your QR codes as follows:
Zip file with QR codes for each location table
To retrieve a zip file with QR codes for each table of a location, follow these steps:
- From the email account assigned to your integration user, create a new email. The email must be sent to simphony@n3connect.com.
- In the subject line include: QR Codes (not case sensitive).
- In the message body, include:
- username: {your integration username},
- location: {Simphony location reference},
- revenue center: {Simphony revenue center reference},
- all,
- Send the email.
Ensure that each line in the message body ends with a comma ,
The system will then generate a zip file and return the zip file in a response email to your email.
The file generation and response, may take a few minutes, so please be patient.
Access individual QR codes
You can also access individual QR codes for download.
- Access the QR Code portal via this link: Simphony QR portal.
- Login with your integration user credentials.
- Select the Location and Revenue Center to retrieve your QR codes. You may also filter by individual tables.
