Online logbook

Online logbook

To access your online logbook navigate to your Cockpit > My Logbook.

Logbook tab

The logbook tab provides you with a view of your logbook entries sorted from the most recent to the first. You can navigate the records with the page navigation at the bottom or narrow your search with the date range filter. To access the record of a logged flight, click on the date of the flight in the first column of your logbook view. Take note that you cannot change the aircraft, i.e. you cannot transfer a logged flight to another aircraft.
You can only edit data fields relating to your logbook. Data relating to the flight folio record of your flight are locked. If folio data, such as the date of flight, flight time etc. must be changed, contact the aircraft's Operator. Flight folio's are owned by the aircraft Operator and can be managed by Operators as may be necessary. You will be notified by email whenever a flight folio entry affecting your flights is changed.

If you delete a logbook entry and the flight is also logged for another crew member, only your logbook entry will be deleted. The folio entry and logbook entry of the other crew member will be retained. The folio entry will only be deleted when the other crew member also deletes the same flight.
A logged flight can only have one PIC. You cannot change your role on a flight if this rule is broken. It requires coordinated action with your crew member as the crew member's logbook has to be updated in connection with a PIC role change. Both crew members should delete the record, and the flight should be re-logged with the correct PIC assignment amongst the involved crew.

Endorsements tab

You may upload a photo of your endorsement record for safe keeping with your online logbook on My Flights. You can access them anytime online or download them by clicking on the file name in the endorsements table.
To delete a document, click on the Delete link in the Action column of your endorsement entry. It will remove the online entry and delete the file from the cloud storage.

Archive tab

The archive gives you access to your logbook files created by My Flights. My Flights automatically generates a new archive file every 85 days. The document provides a record of your logbook at the creation time, is timestamped and stored in your archive. You can access your archive anytime to download your documents, print them or store them on your local storage.
To delete an archived logbook click on Delete in the Action column of your logbook archive. It will remove the only entry and delete the file from the cloud storage.

In order to generate an on-demand logbook file, navigate to your Cockpit > Flight Bag. You can generate a Logbook file based on all records or a selected date range.
