About the Connector

1. Mobipaid is directly integrated with Beds24 ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted booking process for your guests. Guests are automatically re-directed to Mobipaid to make a secure payment and then back to Beds24 for booking confirmation.
   
2. The Connector automatically updates the Beds24 reservation status based on the payment outcome, and posts the amount paid to the reservation. The update is processed in real-time as the guest is completing his booking.
   
3. Failed payments are also updated in Beds24 with the reason code. Property managers can thus easily and timely follow up with the guest to secure the reservation. All can be done from the convenience of Beds24, without having to consult another system.
   
4. No new user interface is introduced. Hotel staff work on their familiar Mews user interface, making adoption simple and painless.
   

Requirements

1. Active Beds24 account with linked properties and administrator privileges to update the property settings.
   
2. Mobipaid Merchant account with your preferred payment methods enabled.

Getting started

1. Connect your Mobipaid merchant account to the MP Beds24 Connector. Refer to this guide.
2. In your Beds24 account, select the property you want to connect. You can connect as many properties as you like. The next steps must be followed for each property.
   
3. Open the Settings navigation tab and navigate to Payments > Payment Gateways > Custom Gateway.
   
4. Enable the Custom Gateway and assign it a priority. We recommend to assign it the highest priority.
   
5. Share the Property ID with us. You can find it below the Custom Gateway title on the page you are on. We will then generate a unique key, which will connect the property to the Connector.
   
6. In the URL, Post data and Key fields, enter the value we provide you with. Ensure you copy and paste them exactly the way we provide them to you. Please refer to this guide for more details.
   
7. Add a Title for the payment gateway, e.g. Secure online payment with Mobipaid.
   
8. In the instructions you can add additional information, such as the payment methods your have enabled on your Mobipaid dashboard. E.g. Google Pay, Apple Pay, types of Credit Cards etc.
   
9. Save your entries. Your integration is now live, and guests can seamlessly make payment when completing their reservation on your Beds24 channel.
   

We suggest to run a test reservation after the initial setup is complete to confirm the entire guest experience is working as expected. This can be done via the Mobipaid test key. We can switch to the production key after the test is successful.
