About the Extension

The extension seamlessly integrates the Mobipaid payment gateway with Zoho Books. This allows businesses to collect payments faster, and securely via multiple payment methods. Successful payments are automatically recorded in Zoho Books and thus simplify time consuming bank account reconciliations for accountants and business owners.

The extension is available in the following regions:
  1. Europe: UK, EUR Area, Switzerland
  2. Southern Africa: South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Eswatini and others
  3. East Africa: Tanzania, Kenya
  4. Indian Ocean: Mauritius, Seychelles, Maldives
Supported currencies include: USD, EUR, GBP, ZAR, MUR, KES, TSH with others being added.
Available payment methods include:
  1. All major credit cards incl. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners.
  2. All major debit cards
  3. Wallets incl. Google Pay and Apple Pay
  4. Direct Bank transfer (Secure EFT, SEPA, Faster Payments)

Requirements

The following is required to enable the extension:
  1. Active Zoho Books subscription. To get one click here.
  2. Active Mobipaid account with preferred currencies and payment methods enabled. To get one click here.

Getting started

If the above requirements are met, follow these steps to install and activate the extension:
  1. Add the Extension to your Mobipaid app manager by following this guide. Use token 29685960 to connect.
  2. If not already done, install the extension in your Zoho Books via this link.
  3. We will provide you with the Merchant ID to activate the extension in Zoho Books. If you have not received it yet, request it from support@n3services.com. 
  4. In Zoho Books navigate to Settings > Online Payments > Payment Gateways. Activate the Mobipaid Payment Gateway with the Merchant ID provided in step 3 above and your Access Key (refer to the guide in step 1 above to access the API keys).
  5. Finally, to assist you better with Zoho Books, please tag us as your Partner via this link.
Your extension will be immediately available upon completing the above steps, and faster, secure payments part of your daily work in Zoho Books.
