Mobipaid email customization

If you are using our email service, you can customize your Mobipaid email notifications. Mobipaid emails will then be sent from your own domain, which offers a more professional experience for your customers.

To customize your email sender settings in Mobipaid, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Account menu below the account icon.
   
2. Select Account settings.
   
3. Navigate to Customize email settings.
   
4. Enter SMTP host value s2907.fra1.stableserver.net and port 465.
   
5. Enter the email address and password for the email account you want to use.
   
6. Select SSL encryption.
   
7. Enter the Display name that will appear in the receivers inbox.
   
8. Send a test email to an email address you have access to. 
   

If the test email is successfully sent, the settings will be saved and the customization is then active.
