Flight folio

Flight folio

Navigate to your Cockpit > Flightfolio to access your online flight folios.

Use the filter functionality to access folio entries by aircraft. Entries are sorted from the most recent to the oldest entry.
You can use the page navigation feature at the bottom of the table to access older records.
Click on the date value of a folio entry to access the flight record and details.
Changing the date of flight, flight time or number of landings of a folio entry will also change the flight's record in the logbook of the flight's crew. You will be alerted by the app when a change affects crew members' logbooks and the affected crew will be notified of the changed flight details by email.

The folio header information displayed on the screen is retrieved from your Maintenance schedule. In the event no values are displayed, navigate to your Cockpit > Maintenance and create a maintenance event for the upcoming inspection of your aircraft. The header details should then appear on your online flight folio.

You can add a new folio record by selecting the 'Add folio record' button. This allows you to reconcile any inconsistencies between recorded entries, e.g. hobb or tach hours incurred during maintenance or flight conducted by a pilot who is not a member of your organization on My Flights.
You should not use this feature to capture an actual flight conducted by a crew member who is a Pilot member of your organization on My Flights. This would generate an inconsistency and warning when that crew member will attempt to log the flight in his My Flights logbook.  The crew member should capture the flight in his logbook via My Flights to keep the flight folio up to date.

If there are gaps between the end readings of one flight and the start reading of the subsequent flight, the audit module of My Flights will point this out to you as an inconsistency. Such inconsistencies are listed under the 'Flight Folio Inconsistencies' tab.
Reported flight folio inconsistencies will initially remain in your Workspace and the Flight Folio Inconsistencies tab after you have updated the folios. At the next scheduled automated audits of your records, My Flights will remove the reported inconsistencies or highlight any new ones.

In order to ensure your have a full and reconciled set of records, your actual tach and hobb readings should always match the latest folio entry on your My Flights Flightfolio. This will ensure, that you can track and trace every hour flown on your aircraft and obtain the relevant details of that flight.
The flight totals should then also reconcile and match your revenue records to ensure that no revenue is lost.
