How to setup email client

Email client configuration

If you are using our Email services and wish to add your email accounts to your preferred Email Client, such as Outlook, Thunderbird or similar, please use the following guide and settings for the client configuration:

Add email account to client

  1. In your preferred client, add a new account. If you have several options, select IMAP.
  2. Enter your email address as provided by us, or as you have setup on your Control Panel.
  3. Ensure you select IMAP as the account option, and select Advanced settings.
  4. Use the password we have provided to login at webmail.yourdomain.com, or as you have setup on Control Panel.
  5. Replace the IMAP host value with: s2907.fra1.stableserver.net and set Port to 993.
  6. Replace the SMTP host value with: s2907.fra1.stableserver.net and set Port to 465.
  7. Username and password are the same for IMAP and SMTP, and the same as you used above.
  8. Enable SSL/TSL for both incoming and outgoing email.
