Deleting and retiring aircraft

Deleting and retiring aircraft

An aircraft can only be deleted if no flights have been logged with the aircraft. The application will prevent any attempt to delete an aircraft if there are any logbook or flight folio entries registered with the selected asset.

If the aircraft is no longer in operational service and permanently decommissioned, e.g. after an accident you may retire the aircraft.
Once the aircraft is retired, it's records and details can no longer be altered. Please ensure all information is correctly captured before retiring the aircraft.
