My Flights carries out regular checks for consistency and the integrity of your and other users flight records.
Pilots
The following issues can be access and resolved by navigating to your Cockpit > Workspace:
- Flight records your crew members have logged, which you have not yet confirmed for transfer into your own logbook.
- When the same flight has been captured in more than one logbook entry. A flight can only be logged once to maintain the integrity of the flight folio and pilot logbooks.
- Documents such as your pilot license and medical certificates which have expired.
You will receive regular email notification about the following automated observations:
- When your regular 90 day logbook print has been generated and saved into your logbook archive.
- When your pilot license or medical certificate is due to expire. This will assist in ensuring vital documents are renewed in time.
- When your subscription for My Flights is due to expire or auto renew.
Operators
The following issues can be access and resolved by navigating to your Cockpit > Workspace:
- Pending applications from pilots to join your organization and fly your aircraft. These require your approval to rejection.
- Scheduled maintenance on aircraft which is overdue.
- Inconsistencies in any of your flight folios, such as missing hours or hours overlapping between two flights etc.
- Documents such as your operator license which have expired.
You will receive regular email notification about the following automated observations:
- When scheduled maintenance on aircraft is due. This allows to you plan and book your service with the AMO and minimize periods aircraft is grounded and unfit to fly.
- When your documents such as operator certificates are due to expire.
- When your subscription for My Flights is due to expire or auto renew.
