You can register your fleet of aircraft on My Flights to track their flights and maintain their flight folios.
To register a new aircraft go to menu Fleet Admin > Register Aircraft.
To manage your fleet go to menu Fleet Admin > Manage Aircraft.
Manage fleet
When you select Fleet Admin > Manage Aircraft you can see all aircraft, which you have registered as well as those, which do not have an Operator assigned to them. Use the Operator filter functionality to select only those aircraft in your own fleet.
Aircraft without an Operator have been registered by a Pilot who flies or has flown that particular aircraft.
If you are the true Operator, you can assign the aircraft to your profile, by selecting the aircraft and assigning it to you as the Operator.
When you are selling your aircraft, you should release it from your profile. Fleet Admin > Manage Aircraft select the aircraft and remove your profile from the Operator field.
Do not retire an aircraft when it is still operationally useable. Aircraft should only be retired when they are permanently decommissioned or have been written off in an accident.
Unable to register aircraft
If you are unable to register an aircraft it means that it has already been registered on My Flights.
First go to Fleet Admin > Manage Aircraft and search for it. You would be able to manage the details if it has been registered by a Pilot and can assign it to your profile.
If this does not work, it means that the aircraft is assigned to another Operator on My Flights. Go to Contact > Contact Operator and select the particular aircraft from the dropdown list.
You can then request the Operator to release it, and once released it will be accessible to you via Fleet Admin > Manage Aircraft to be assigned to your profile.
